I am not sure I can satisfy your request at the moment, but tell me what you need to know about the card....uhm..
...reading your sign, I suppose you need info about card manufacturing; PCB is dated 3300, while SDRAM memory chip are from Toshiba (Japan) - 6ns operation.
Did I guess it?
